Great meeting today.  More on that later.


I thought I would share an acronym that I find helpful when looking at a pile of paper that should be filed.


W – is the piece of paper WORTHWHILE enough to keep?

A – will I use it AGAIN?

S – is it available SOMEWHERE else?

T – what would happen if I TOSS it?

E – do I need to keep the ENTIRE file?

This system helps me cut down the  amount of paper that I and my clients really need to keep.
